Administrative office
The office, Dekenstraat 4, 3000 Leuven, is open from 9 to 12 a.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. It is closed on Saturday afternoon and during holidays.

Courses
The courses are open to all students.
The following language courses are offered: Arabic, Chinese, Danish, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. The minimum yearly programme consists of 31 weeks (end of September - May) of about 4 hours of classes a week. Attendance is obligatory. Exams take place in the second half of January and in the second half of May. Official diplomas and certificates are granted in accordance with the Common European Framework for Language Learning and Teaching (Council of Europe).

Registration
Students can register online or at the CLT office from 22 August until 3 December.
