DUTCH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Target group and entry requirementsThis introductory course is organized together with the Loyola International Nachbahr House and the PECS Program (Study Abroad Program in European Culture and Society)
Course content
In this course, absolute beginners learn to communicate effectively in a Dutch-speaking environment. The practical training comprises exercises on basic Dutch grammar and vocabulary in the context of realistic conversations. Course materials consist of a textbook, video and audio CDs.

Exam and certificate
The certificate issued at the end of the course does not automatically provide access to the regular Dutch Language Courses (level 2). Students wishing to enter the next level should take the placement test.
